PicsOrLinks is a site for sharing pics, links, and image hyperlinks called plicks.

Privacy Policy:

Your information is treated as confidential. PicsOrLinks will not release any personal information about our users without permission. PicsOrLinks may release personal information if the user commits unlawful acts or the information is subpoenaed.

Legal Policy:

PicsOrLinks Terms of Service are subject to change without notice. PicsOrLinks is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files. All files belong to their respective users. No part of PicsOrLinks can be reproduced or recreated without explicit written consent from PicsOrLinks.

Restrictions:

PicsOrLinks reserves the right to delete any user content without notice. PicsOrLinks is not a backup service. By using PicsOrLinks, you agree not to:

• Upload offensive or pornographic content
• Upload content you don't have the rights to upload
• Upload content that violates local, state, or federal laws
• Upload content for the purpose of spamming
• Interfere with the security of the PicsOrLinks website and its users
• Do anything else that may expose PicsOrLinks and its users to harm or liability

Limitation of Liability:

PicsOrLinks services are provided without any warranties. PicsOrLinks reserves the right to change or withdraw services and features without notice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PICSORLINKS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PICSORLINKS SERVICES, EVEN IF PICSORLINKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, PICSORLINKS'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO PICSORLINKS FOR THE PICSORLINKS SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.

Indemnity:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PicsOrLinks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or Services, or your violation of this Agreement.

User Accounts:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. PicsOrLinks reserves the right, but has no obligation, to resolve or arbitrate disputes between you and other users.

Fees:

PicsOrLinks reserves the right to charge for any portion of the services and features it provides. PicsOrLinks reserves the right to change its fees (if any) from time to time in its discretion.

Site Maintenance:

PicsOrLinks services may be interrupted at any time for maintenance, upgrade, emergency repairs, or telecom failures.

Copyrights:

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe that any material on the PicsOrLinks infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may send a Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement to copyright@picsorlinks.com and include the following information:

• A signature of the entity authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the work in question.
• A description of the location of the infringement on the Web Site.
• Your address and telephone number.
• A statement that the complaint is warranted in a good faith belief that the work's appearance is not a fair use exception.
• A statement that the above information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
